  • Where can I purchase the Holiday Feast?

    All orders must be placed online at catering.veggiegrill.com and are available for pick-up at all locations except for our UCLA location.

    What holidays is the feast available for?

     We are now taking orders for the Christmas Feast available for pick-up on Wednesday, December 24, 2019.

    Is the feast pre-cooked?

    The feast is pre-cooked and needs to be refrigerated prior to eating. To view re-heating instructions, please click here.

    Can I purchase the feast in-store?

    No, all orders must be placed at catering.veggiegrill.com.

    When is the feast available for purchase?

    The Holiday feast can be pre-ordered until Saturday, December 21, 2019 (while supplies last).

    How much does the feast cost?

    The feast is $74.95 and is available for order at catering.veggiegrill.com. Additional sides and pumpkin cakes can be added to orders.

    How many people does the feast feed?

    The feast feeds 4 adults.

    Is the feast gluten free?

    No, the feast is not gluten free.

    Can I order more than one feast?

    Yes, there is no limit on how many feasts can be ordered.

    What is included in the feast?

    What is in the stuffed holiday roast?

    The stuffed holiday roast is meatless and comprised of a soy, wheat and pea base, and is stuffed with cranberry and wild rice.

  • Having issues placing your order?

    One reason your order may not have processed successfully is because there was no phone number provided. You MUST provide a phone number to complete a successful order.
    If you have provided a phone number and are still having issues, please email holidays@veggiegrill.com so we can help troubleshoot or assist you with ordering your VG Holiday Feast.

    Can I make modifications to an item or to my order?

    No, the feast must be ordered as is. Modifications will not be accepted.

    Can I purchase additional items when purchasing the feast?

    You can order additional sides and 4-packs of pumpkin cakes. Additional items on our core and seasonal menus must be purchased in a separate transaction.

    Can I cancel my order?

    No, once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Once an order is placed, your payment method will be charged in full and will be non-refundable.

    Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

    Yes, you will a confirmation email to the email address that is associated with the order. Order and pick-up details will be included on the confirmation email. Proof of the confirmation email must be presented at the time of pick up.

    Is the feast ready to eat?

    The apple sausage stuffing, green beans with almonds and orange butter, mashed yams, yukon mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy and cranberry sauce sides are fully cooked however items will need to be re-heated prior to eating. Recommended warming instructions will be included with your order. The stuffed holiday roast will need to be baked and fully cooked prior to serving, according to recommended re-heating instructions.     How do I store the feast if I'm not eating it right away?

    All items must be kept refrigerated until they are ready to be eaten. Each order will come with recommended re-heating and warming instructions. We advise consuming all items within 2-3 days of the order pick-up date. Click here to view our re-heating instructions.

  • When will I be charged for my order?

    You will be charged for your feast on the day it is placed on catering.veggiegrill.com. You will not be charged for the order when picking it up your order.

    When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged the day the order is placed, and once the order is processed on catering.veggiegrill.com. Once your credit card is charged, you will not be refunded.

    What types of payment are accepted?

    We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 

    Can I use VG Rewards credit or rewards to purchase my feast?

    VG Rewards app credit, points, rewards or offers cannot be used as a payment method to purchase the feast.

    Can I earn VG Rewards credit or rewards to purchase my feast?
    Yes, you may. In order to earn rewards, you must sign in to your vg rewards account at the start of the order process to receive rewards.

    Can I use a gift card to purchase my feast?

    Veggie Grill gift cards cannot be used as a payment method to purchase the feast.

  • Where do I pick up my feast order?

    Holiday feast orders must be picked up at the Veggie Grill location that was selected prior to placing the order. Location details can be found on your order confirmation email.

    When can I pick up my feast order?

    Holiday orders will packaged and ready for pickup on Tuesday, December 24, 2019, at your selected Veggie Grill location.

    What time can I pick up my feast order?

    All orders will be available for pick-up during designated business hours. Please view our locations page to view your selected Veggie Grill's business hours.

    What should I bring to pick up my order?

    At the time of pick up, you will need to provide proof of your order confirmation email.

    Can I pick up my feast order on a different day?

    No, all orders must be picked up during designated business hours of your selected Veggie Grill location.

    Can my feast order be delivered?

    No, delivery will not be available for the feast. All Holiday feast orders must be picked up on Tuesday, December 24, 2019, at your selected Veggie Grill location.

    Will I be refunded if I do not pick up my feast order?

    No, orders are non-refundable, and any order not picked up will not be refunded. Refunds will not be issued for orders not picked up.

    What happens if I don't pick up my feast order?

    If your order is not picked up during business hours on Tuesday, December 24, 2019, your order will no longer be available for pick-up and you will not be refunded.
