Veggie Grill, one of the country’s fastest-growing plant-based chains, opened its first Chicago unit this week with a new prototype design for high-density, urban locations.
With more than 30 locations spread out among California, Oregon, Washington, and Illinois, Veggie Grill serves a vegan and largely "gluten friendly" menu. Future Veggie Grill Harvard Square customers can expect to see a Beyond Burger on the menu, along with other vegan options like crispy cauliflower, falafel, various tofu dishes, and tempura green beans.
